- murgh kumbi saag - chicken and spinach stuffed mushrooms, breadcrumbed and fried
- bengal fish cake - breadcrumbed, deep fried bangladeshi aiyr, kachumbari relish and dip
- ragda pattice - mashed potato cake cooked in a chick pea based sauce
- seafood salad - wok fried seafood with asian leaves and coriander dressing
- nashi duck - Grilled duck with nashi pear sauce and avocado salad
