  2. murgh kumbi saag - chicken and spinach stuffed mushrooms, breadcrumbed and fried
  3. bengal fish cake - breadcrumbed, deep fried bangladeshi aiyr, kachumbari relish and dip
  4. ragda pattice - mashed potato cake cooked in a chick pea based sauce
  5. seafood salad - wok fried seafood with asian leaves and coriander dressing
  6. nashi duck - Grilled duck with nashi pear sauce and avocado salad

MAINS
  1. grilled chicken pattice - spiced minced chicken with onions, peppers and roasted coriander seeds - served with roasted tomato chutney and salad
  2. tandoori makerel - spiced, chargrilled and served with green coconut chutney
  3. lamb chops - marinated in spiced yoghurt and served with paneer salad and dip
  4. upon kebab - grilled lamb, onion, peppers and courgettes - resting on bread and served with dip
  5. stuffed peppers - with minced chicken, paneer and olives
  6. calcutta prawns - a fiery preparation with white wine vinegar and topped with stir fried okra
